Notice is hereby given; the Clay Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 @ 5:00 p.m., at the Clay Township Offices, located at 8207 Arlington Road, Brookville, Ohio 45309.

Case A-06-24 is requested by Steven Pope for a land division at 9221 Baltimore Phillipsburg Rd, Brookville, Ohio, 45309 in Clay Township; Section 4, Town 6, Range 4. The request is to move 1.181 acres from 94.118 acres and add the 1.181 to the 2.5 acre lot owned by Lawrence Schuman.   

Case A-07-24 is requested by Steven Pope for a land division at 6528 Landis Rd, Brookville, Ohio, 45309 in Clay Township; Section 4, Town 6, Range 13. The request is to move .534 acres from 6.289 acres and add the .534 acres to the .671 lot owned by Richard Rose at 6494 Landis Rd.   

Case A-08-24 was submitted by Ghye Wilson, requesting a variance at 10120 Brookville Phillipsburg Rd (parcel ID # C06 0041 0120), Brookville, Ohio, 45309 in Clay Township; Section 4, Town 6, Range 1. The request is to build a residence on a lot that is 30’ below the minimum road frontage and .25 acres below the minimum lot size.
